4. These are online classes held via Google Meets.
5. If this is your first time trying yoga, we recommend also trying a 1-1 class to go over the foundational poses and breathing (pranayama) techniques. If you have any questions let us know.

Prior to your first class, you'll receive a Google form to fill out, allowing me to customize your practice to align with your unique aspirations. Additionally, I'm always here to address any questions and offer the support you need along the way.
