What can you expect in our Vinyasa classes?
We will be working on a deeper mind-body connection through a different dynamic flow every week and breathing practices. These will help you with body and movement awareness, strength and balance while connecting with your breathing patterns. These classes are for all levels of vinyasa, everyone is welcomed, and I will encourage you to listen to your body first and foremost at all times. Even though many of the movements might seem difficult at times, it is part of our personal exploration, we take it at our own pace, and overtime the practice will start to feel more comfortable.
